Who We Are & Why We Exist
We are more than just another betting platform. jmd89 built specifically for Malaysians – with a deep understanding of local sports, casino gaming preferences and the digital lifestyle of today's Malaysian player.
Our journey began with one simple but meaningful vision.
We began operations over five years ago with one clear goal – to build an online betting platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players. At the time, the options available to local players were mostly overseas platforms that didn't accept local payment methods, offered no Bahasa Melayu support and had interfaces that weren't built with the Malaysian market in mind.
The founding team jmd89 is made up of individuals with deep knowledge of the online gaming industry who also understand the unique culture and needs of Malaysian users. We know that a Liga Super fan in Johor Bahru wants to bet on tonight's JDT match as easily as sending money via Touch 'n Go. We know that a baccarat player in Kuala Lumpur wants an HD-quality live table they can access from their smartphone during the morning commute. And we know that trust – not promotions – is the foundation of any lasting relationship between a platform and its players.
That is what drove us to build jmd89 from the ground up, with a dedicated focus on the Malaysian user experience.
To be Malaysia's most trusted, most comprehensive and most user-friendly online betting platform by 2030.
Providing a safe, fair and enjoyable Sports Betting, Live Casino and online gaming experience for all Malaysian players, backed by local language support and local payment methods.
Transparency in every transaction, fairness in every game, speed in every payout and an unwavering commitment to responsible gaming.
Six key reasons Malaysian players choose jmd89 over other platforms
Jmd89 operates under a valid licence with strict compliance to industry regulations. All our games use Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently certified by international auditing bodies – ensuring every game outcome is truly random and fair for all players.
We understand that when you win, you want your money right away. Withdrawals via DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. VIP Gold and Diamond members enjoy priority processing in under 5 minutes – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without interruption.
The jmd89 interface, customer support, game guides and all communications are fully available in Bahasa Melayu. Players never have to rely on awkward translations or communicate in a foreign language when they need help. For us, this isn't an added feature – it's a fundamental requirement.
Over 80% of jmd89 players use a smartphone. That is why every aspect of our platform – from the registration page to the live baccarat table – is designed mobile-first. No app download needed; just open your phone's browser and everything is ready in seconds.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks – all the payment methods Malaysians use in their everyday lives. Minimum deposit is just RM20, processed instantly with no hidden fees.
Jmd89 is more than just a platform – it is a thriving, active community of Malaysian players. Share Liga Super betting tips, discuss baccarat strategies, or cheer together during live badminton matches. Our customer support team is made up of Malaysians who truly understand the local sports and gaming scene.

Platform jmd89 is built on the latest web technology to ensure fast page loads, uninterrupted live game streams and real-time updates across the board. We believe bonuses should deliver real value to players – not just big numbers in ads that come with impossible conditions. Our welcome bonus jmd89 of up to RM388 for new members is designed with fair wagering requirements and a realistic timeframe. Daily rebates, weekly cashback, parlay bonuses for Sports Betting and special promotions for major Malaysian sporting events such as the Piala Malaysia and Thomas Cup – these are all part of our commitment to giving more back to our loyal players.
VIP Programme jmd89 spans five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier comes with greater benefits, including higher withdrawal limits, faster processing times, exclusive bonuses and a dedicated account manager for our top-tier members. We built the VIP programme not to create barriers – but to genuinely reward the loyalty of players who trust us.
Security is non-negotiable at jmd89 – it is an obligation. All player personal data and financial information is protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by leading banks worldwide. Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts. Our security team monitors account activity around the clock to detect any unauthorised access immediately.
On the financial side, all player funds are held in accounts separate from the company's operating funds – meaning your winnings are always secure, no matter what. This is the standard of trust we believe every responsible platform should uphold.
One thing that sets jmd89 from many other platforms is our genuine commitment to responsible gaming. We don't simply slap on an "18+" logo and call it done. Our platform provides self-imposed deposit limits, session time limits, temporary break mode and self-exclusion options for players who need a pause from gambling.
Support team jmd89 trained to recognise the signs of problem gambling and ready to assist any player who needs guidance or support. We believe our long-term success depends on players who gamble responsibly and sustainably – not on exploiting those who are struggling.
